Zachary bought a cook book just for cupcakes and he was dying to try one out. The only recipe we could really do was for popcorn cupcakes they had because all you really needed was frosting (which we made) and marshmallows. Technically we were supposed to use the little mini yellow marshmallows… but we didn’t have any so we used yellow food coloring. I know it looks like cheesy popcorn that’s because I let Zachary do the food coloring part and he went a little over bored. These cupcakes were really easy to make but putting together the popcorn pieces took forever and according to the book you’re supposed to make like 200… we got to about 50 and called it quits! So are cupcakes weren’t as covered as the ones in the book but I’m sure they tasted just as good if not better!
