For the longest time I couldn't find anyone selling Girl Scout Cookies up where I am. It was really disappointing but I found this ice cream in the flavors of my favorite cookies so I thought I could live. But I finally found some of the delicious boxes of goodness and came up with this BRILLIANT idea... ICE CREAM SANDWICHES!!!
