Custom Clock

I found a clock on sale at Wally World and decided that now was the best time to check off some of the craft projects on my Pintrest board.

I took it apart... not as carefully as I should have (luckily it was nothing a little super glue couldn't fix)

I painted the outside black with acrylic paint.

I made the background using my mad Photoshop skills, printed it out on cardstock, Mod Podge it onto the clock face and then reassembled everything. If something looks a little off about the order of the Doctors, it's because the clock runs backwards... Wibbly Wobbly Timey Wimey! It's actually a lot easier than it sounds, all you have to do is reverse one piece in the clock mechanism. I just found this youtube video.

If you are wanting to make your own here is the pattern I used for the clock face. It's scaled for a 6in face but you can easily change that for your use.
