Well I finally decided I couldn't go without a tree this year. We've decided to wait and buy a big tree after Christmas but I did get this cute little mini tree.
I had blue lights to go on it but they had a green cord and made the tree look a lot more pathetic. I compromised and went and bought white lights and blue ribbon. Not exactly what I imagined but it's growing on me.
Since we had the blue lights, we had to do something with them. So we wound the up the staircase railing and then hung the mini-stockings I'd crocheted.
