Hiking Adventure

Rachel really wanted to go and do something outside at some point this semester so we decided that today we would go hike up ‘R’ mountain.  Unfortunately it was snowing a little but it wasn’t too bad.

As you can see the mountain was covered in snow.  We had planned on eating lunch up on the mountain but because it was so cold we decided not too.  So I carried a lot of food around in my backpack for nothing!

Jaimie was our mountain guide so she got to climb all over the rocks and stuff (I’m only a little jealous, it was a little to cold for me to be comfortable)  She only got us lost once or twice but we did make it home safely so I'm not complaining too much.

 Poor Lisë didn’t get to go with us because she had tutoring that day so she made and frosted us a cake!  It was a delicious end to a fun hike.
