So today was March 14th and what that means is it’s 3.14 as the date… so it’s PI day! Talk about being nerdy… oh well I’m proud of it. Anyways we invited a ton of people over to our apartment and we asked them all to bring a pie! So I made some of my yummy, delicious, award winning Nikki’s Surprise Pie. And I made a total of two whole pie (cause that’s how much the recipe makes) and this is how much was left the next day…
That’s it!!! I’m guessing everybody loved it cause we ended up with about 8 other pies total of all different flavors and a cheesecake which technically isn’t a pie but since it was round and because it’s delicious, we let it slide. It was a fun night and I’m glad we had a good time hanging out with good friends and good PIE!
