Happy Birthday to Me!!!

For my birthday my wonderful husband "surprised" me with a deep fryer!!!

It's a really nice and big one, so I can cook lots of food at one time.

So for dinner I made chicken tenders and french fries and for dessert we attempted deep fried ice cream, but I accidentally left it in the hot oil for too long and it got everywhere... we're going to try it again soon because what little we got was delicious!!!

Basically yes, I love my deep fryer and I'm going to be using it quite a bit!!!
